It was the lowest score Team India has bowled out an opposition in the One Day Internationals ever. The previous lowest total against India in ODIs was 58 by Bangladesh in Mirpur in 2014. It is also the second lowest total ever for Sri Lanka in ODIs, as five batters were dismissed for naught.
